After an early morning breakfast at Pastis in the Meat Packing District near Manhattan's West Village, our eye was drawn to these interesting office pieces in the window displays of Vita Interiors.
We especially like this white ceramic hanging office supply display.
And this chair...
But our absolute favorite piece was this elephant footstool.
Spending all day at a desk, we've managed to find an interesting assortment of things to rest our grubby soles on...including, but not limited to, our file cabinet, other people's chairs, the box of a bike helmet (helmet still in it) that we realized we don't need when we remembered we haven't ridden a bike in about 20 years; and there was one time that we just narrowly missed a mouse trap.
But this could be the saving grace of our weary walkers. And it's cute to boot. (Boot...right, you got it).
